Bangalore, officially known as Bengaluru, is the capital of the Indian state of Karnataka. Bangalore is served by Kempegowda International Airport (IATA: BLR, ICAO: VOBL), located at Devanahalli, about 40 kilometres from BMSCE. The city main bus terminus known as Kempe Gowda Bus Station and the Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru central Railway station are 6 kms from BMSCE.


Accommodation would be reserved at the BMSCE students hostel at the rate of Rs. 350/- per day, without food, with prior communication.

Lunch (Vegetarian Indian cuisine) will be served at the conference venue. Coffee, tea and snacks will be served in between the sessions.


Bengaluru has a tropical climate with distinct wet and dry seasons. Due to its high elevation, Bengaluru usually enjoys a more moderate climate throughout the year. However,Bengaluru experiences rains in the evenings in the month of June and would experience a temperature of around 25 degrees centigrade.

All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad. We will be glad to issue an invitation letter to support your visa application once you have registered for the conference.
